Two (2) Dental plan offerings, the choice is yours. (optional by district)

1) Open access dental offers your employees no network restrictions.

• Members choose the provider of their choice and benefits are assignable.
• If members access services from an Aetna dental provider, they will receive additional provider discounts, without balance billing for charges over the PPO fee schedule.
• Eligibility and program billing are consolidated with the medical insurance for easier administration.

2) Employer Dental Services (EDS) -  EDS offers your employees a Dental HMO offering

• Your district has the option of two different dental plans through Employers Dental Services (EDS), a Principal® Company.
• These are simple, prepaid dental plans, with coverage for both routine and preventive services. 
• Plan benefits include: no deductibles, waiting periods, yearly maximums or claim forms. 
• Eligibility and program billing are consolidated with the medical insurance for easier administration.
